I offer complimentary consultations and tasting sessions during which you can sample 6 cake flavours of your choice from my menu below. I host my consultations locally in Maidstone, Kent. However, if you are unable to attend a consultation you can order a sample box of your favourite flavours which will be sent directly to your door by special delivery. There is a £20 charge for postable sample boxes which include packaging and delivery – this charge will be deducted from your wedding cake balance should you choose me to create your wedding cake.

Vanilla

Vanilla sponge with creamy vanilla buttercream and strawberry conserve filling.

Lemon drizzle

Zesty lemon sponge with homemade lemon curd filling and lemon buttercream.

Rich Fruit cake

Matured fruit cake bursting with raisins, currants, cherries and citrus laced with brandy.

Red Velvet

Red Velvet sponge with white chocolate ganache frosting.

Chocolate Orange

Dark Chocolate sponge with a creamy chocolate orange buttercream and tangy orange conserve filling.

Turkish Delight

Light pink Vanilla sponge with a fragrant Rose flavoured buttercream.

Peanut Butter

Rich Chocolate sponge with a smooth peanut butter buttercream filling. Add Strawberry or Raspberry conserve filling to create Peanut butter and Jelly.

White Chocolate and Raspberry

Vanilla sponge with raspberry conserve filling and a white chocolate ganache.

Hazelnut Praline

Brown Sugar Vanilla sponge with a rich dark chocolate and hazelnut praline filling.
